Please, send us request to book apartment of your choice by filling the form. Once we confirm availability, you will be asked to pay reservation deposit, which is one night’s rent for each 7 nights or less stay, two nights rent for reservations in length of 8 nights or more. Reservations excess of 15 nights may require deposits of three night’s rent or more.
We accept PayPal, US Postal Service money order and Western Union.
Balance: Unless you have already paid the full amount before the arrival, you will be expected to pay the rental balance within 2 hours of occupying your apartment rental. The balance is paid to our manager at the check-in in cash.
Payment can be made in USD, Euros or Hryvnas according to that day’s National Bank rate. If you are using Euros or Hryvnas for your balance payment, we will be using that day sell exchange rate for adjustment purposes.
If you have any other payment systems or options in mind, please, let us know.
Please, be aware, that you are responsible to cover any fees associated with
the transaction. Usually it is 5% from the amount you have to pay.
